My well-kept house is on a quiet street in Tuscany, NW Calgary. The Sobeys / Tuscany Market and bus stops are only a 2-3-minute walk away; The Tuscany C-train station is a 5-7-minute drive or bus ride away.

MONTHLY RATE: $740 plus $140 for utilities and internet for a total of $880; This includes: above-ground bedroom with double bed and bureau, main bathroom shared with 1 roommate, shared living spaces, kitchen, laundry facilities, piano, some exercise equipment, BBQ, fire pit and wood. Plenty of street parking is available. The security deposit will be the equivalent of 1 month’s rent. A minimum of 4 months is preferred but not necessary.
