Room for Rent – Near University of Manitoba

A room is available for rent on the main floor, close to the University of Manitoba, Pembina Highway, hospitals, shopping centers, schools, and bus routes.

This room is for women only, and applications from women will be accepted.

The house has been recently renovated. On the same floor, I live with my son. My son stays with me one week on and one week off. There are three other tenants living in the basement.

This room is suitable for someone who:
• Does not smoke
• Is clean, organized, and responsible
• Does not drink alcohol
• Has no pets (not pet-friendly)

The monthly rent is $700.
