Hi, I've got a room to rent in my 2 bedroom apartment (4/1/2 ) in a very quiet trilpex building in ( Montreal Nord ) well located, grocery stores, banks, restaurants close by and many buses.
it comes with : electricity and wifi included, washing and drying machine.

only 6 people in the building ) there's no kids and no young people, no loud teenagers/or punks/ or drug addicts or drunks ) (there's only old people 45 to 65 ) that means there's no loud noise and it's peaceful and silent !! Ideal for someone looking for peace and quiet and who's sick of loud distuptive dumb people that bother ya by playing loud music or television or who talk loud who got no consideration for others around them !! ) Ok, here's the description ;
a nice room with a big window, with air conditioning, a big closet, a bed, a desk, a lamp, a chair, and I've got towels and small cloths that I provide for the bathroom and shower. The bathroom shower has a big tub, and I've got both a washing and drying machine in the washroom. )
There's a balcony in the front and in the back, on the 1st floor by the way )
The room's well located, it's right next to the wall of the building, that means no noise from any neighbors because your next to the backyard on the side of the building )
I'm a very reasonable person, kind and generous, but I've had some very bad experiences with certain people before when I rented my room of my apartment in the past, so now I want to make things clear of what I want and don't want and what I won't put up with ;
NO DRUGS, NO ALCOHOL, NO LOUD NOISE, NO LOUD TV OR LOUD INTERNET OR MOVIES, NO LOUD TALKING ON THE PHONE, NO SLAMMING DOORS HARD OR WALKING HARD ON THE FLOOR !!
I want the person to simply be quiet, to consider others by not making loud noise, by being careful to not disturb me and the neighbor living downstairs and upstairs.
And I want someone CLEAN !!
that means washing your hands with soap when you take a number 2 that's mandatory !! I gotta mention that and tell people that because I've lived with people before that were disgusting who actually didn't wash their hands with soap when using the toilet as hard as that is to believe !!

So it ain't difficult ; be clean, and have some consideration for the other person ( me ) living in the apartment. There needs to be a good communication for things to work, keep things simple and if you need something just talk and work things out.

Looking for a mature person, quiet who does their thing and who's clean and keeps things clean, bathroom, kitchen and the room, who doesn't make a mess ) keep things clean, it's simple really.

Last thing, I've got a Cat, she's 2 years old, shes very friendly, so can't be allergic to Cats, gotta be an animal lover ) but my Cat won't bother you !! )
