I am a mature female with steady income seeking shared accommodation with a family or other tenants for August or September in Ottawa. I am looking for a flexible lease arrangement which may extend to longer-term for the right room. The location is flexible, but close to a Walmart Supercentre or walk-in clinic would be a bonus. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, tidy, quiet and respectful. I prefer an all-inclusive arrangement covering utilities, high-speed Internet, and Wi-Fi. The room ideally includes a double or queen bed with a quality mattress, nightstand, bedding, and towels with shared access to kitchen and laundry. I don’t have a pet, but I love cats and dogs. I will contribute to the house chores, and I am very tidy myself.
