St. Andrew's College is proud to welcome you to our residence. St. Andrew's College is conveniently located on the University of Manitoba campus and provides 40 fully furnished rooms. We pride ourselves on being a mature residence providing a quiet and friendly atmosphere.

We have regular single and super single rooms for Fall and/or Winter terma, and include all utilities, coin operated laundry, study space, multi-purpose room with ping pong and pool table, lounge areas, and a piano is available. A full (19 meals per week) meal plan is provided by our excellent in-house caterers featuring home style cooking.

The rooms are fully furnished with a desk, chair, single bed, and a floor-to-ceiling built-in closet. Our rooms are tranitional dormitory-style, so the washrooms are shared. The bathrooms are gendered and there is either a men's or a women's washroom located on separate floors.

Rent for a regular single room from September 2025 - April 2026 is: $3,110 room rental and $7,890 meal plan, totaling $11,000 for eight months. (See application form for Premium Super Single Room option).
