- Royal Alexandra Hospital
- University of Alberta (particularly for students, nurses, and doctors who are completing their practicum)

The location is just a short walk away from:

- Downtown Edmonton

Within just 45 seconds to 1 minute of walking, you can reach Canadian Tire and Superstore. The property is close to all essential amenities, including:

Rental rates range from $35 to $50 per night for one person, which is a significant cost-saving compared to hotel accommodations.
