Seeking a roommate in a 2Bed1Bath apartment on 16th Ave, available September 1st! The building is right near Lion’s Park and Sait station, and right on the Max Orange line. Across the street from SAIT, North Hill Mall, and Safeway. Apartment includes internal laundry in the unit, dishwasher, and great big windows giving nice natural light! No balcony, but the building has a great rooftop lounge. (The apartment is pretty unfurnished currently, but I’ll be seeking furniture to make it nice cozy home!)

Water and heat are included in the rent, but electricity and internet are paid by us, usually around $100-$120 per month.

About me: I’m a 23 year old working in retail management. I’m quiet, tidy, and I prefer to do my own thing! I’m pretty chill, and I’d love to find someone around my age to make friends with! I’m also a queer guy, so if you’re cool with that, great! Students are welcome!
