A furnished bedroom is available in our spacious 3-Bedroom Den condo with 3 bathrooms, located on the 15th floor of a safe, family-friendly building overlooking Yonge Street.

The tenant will share a full bathroom (right across the room) and a powder room with another tenant. You’ll also have full access to our family living room, modern kitchen, and balcony with a beautiful city view. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
