Unit: 1-bedroom apartment

Move-in date: September 1st; flexible term but ideally 6 months. Possible to move in sooner with pro-rated rent payment.

Price: $2,000 (includes utilities and internet)

Location: College and Ossington; amazing variety of restaurants and bars nearby; steps from the Ossington bus and a 10ish min walk to Ossington station

Rental Terms: Sublet agreement, approved by the landlord. Rent will be paid to myself, who will pay to the landlord.

Notes:
- No parking spot, but you can do street parking with a permit
- Unfortunately this unit is up two flights of stairs so it is not accessible.
- No laundry on-site but you can use my luggage to roll your laundry to the laundromat, 5 min walk away
- unit has a super big living room with a standing desk, office chair, and walking pad (it's a bit finicky but it works), and TV (you can connect to your laptop with HDMI).
- Essentially fully furnished, could use another stool but there is one in the kitchen table/island.
-Yoga mat and weights
- Small outdoor nook through a door to the kitchen for fresh air (downstairs patio is for the unit below, not mine unfortunately).
- Ideal for someone in Toronto for a school year or who otherwise doesn't have any furniture
- Kitchen has everything, pots pans coffee machine magic bullet etc. Bedroom has my sheets and blankets that I can wash prior to you moving in, that you're welcome to use. Bathroom has a hairdryer.
- Ideal for someone who won't have loud night events as the walls are thin and my neighbours are a young family with small children
- I will remove clothes and jackets prior to you moving in (re: clothes shown in photos), and pay for a professional clean as well.

Requirements: First and Last Month's rent; proof of income; reference from a previous landlord is also ideal.
