We have one small closed room, several minutes walk to metro frontenac, close to all conveniences. Everything is included, simple furnitures, washer, dryer, electricity, hot water and wifi, regulations to respect. Several metro stops to concordia, mcgill, UQAM universities. preference for serious, clean NON SMOKER NON ALCOHOL university BOY STUDENT, only one person per room, (photos for reference). No parking.
