My roomate and I are looking for a student that is clean, quiet and respectful.

We are both male students studying at the university of Ottawa. Mostly out at school during the day or at home studying.

The apartment is on Wurtemburg St in the basement of a fairly big house so there are a few tenants above us. There is laundry on site that uses coins on the main floor. Our apartment contains a small kitchen, bathroom with stand up shower, a small living room upon entry to the apartment and 3 bedrooms.

Parking is available along the street with a permit as the spots in the driveway are already taken up.

It is about 25-30 minutes walking distance as well as bus stops all around to get to the University of Ottawa campus. Very close to Rideau street giving easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and other necessities. Gyms nearby as well.
