The room is available on August 1st and it near Victoria Park and St.Clair Ave. I am going to be buying cabinets for the kitchen.

The rent includes free WiFi, a fully furnished private bedroom with a 3/4 bed with a Japanese mattress meals and laundry. The closet beside the bed is included with the room. The closet is great for storaging suitcases and out of season clothes.

I cooked the food and put it in the fridge and you help yourself to what you want when you want.

An example of food, coffee or tea, eggs and bacon, pasta and meat sauce with vegetables, chicken wings with pizza, pork with vegetables and rice, burger and fries with salad, steak and potatoes with vegetables and fruit.

You get six free wash and dry per month.

The room is drug free, smoke free, pet free and there no parking here. Refundable $50 key deposit. First and last rent required. Room for one only. Six months minimum stay.

The two bedroom apartment has one bathroom and I will work around your time.
