I have two rooms available in my apartment and I was wondering if anyone might know any female students or professionals looking for a place to move in for August for a one year contract. I’m looking for clean, quiet, and respectful female individuals. The place is a 3 bedroom condo style apartment. The biggest room is $1050 (with a personal bathroom) and the other room is $950. The place is fully furnished all inclusive including wifi. The building has a pool and gym downstairs. Laundry is downstairs as well. There’s a bunch of places nearby you can walk to or take the bus to (grocery stores, restaurants, etc). Address is 2000 Jasmine Crescent. The bus stop is right in-front of the building and the bus ride is 7 mins from Blair station. The train ride is 30mins to uOttawa.
