We’re looking for a female roommate to join our beautiful, newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Ideally, a student or a recent graduate working professionally.

• Bus 66 & 166: Direct route to Downtown/Concordia, every 25–30 minutes.
• Bus 103 & 51: High-frequency (every 5–8 minutes) to nearby metro stations; stops just a few minutes’ walk away.
• Metro: 10-minute walk to Villa Maria.
